Preparing for your Trip

Once you’ve selected and confirmed your exchange into one of the villages at Shawnee, you can start to prepare for your trip.  First thing you’ll need to do is get here.  The Transportation and Directions section will assist you.  Even though you may be a seasoned timeshare exchange guest, we’ve still provided a list of what to bring, to assist with your preparation.  Don’t hesitate to ask if you have any special requests.  We just want to mention a few items that are often considered during your preparation.  First you are encouraged to bring your own pool towels.  Second, be sure to take note of local boarding options to comply with our No Pet policy. As your exchange date approaches, you can check the weather forecast online.  And finally, be sure to sign up for the Shawnee eClub and receive the exchange guest newsletter, so you can get discounts, special offers and useful information for your exchange vacation at Shawnee, and you'll be eligible for the monthly FREE vacation drawing.
