Everyone
is invited to tour and participate in Vacation Ownership at Shawnee
Village even if not eligible for this promotion.
This offer is designed for couples. Husband and wife must
attend together. If single with a significant other, you must
be accompanied by your significant other. To be eligible for
this special promotional offer,
participants must meet the following details of participation.

You must be at least 25 years of age; currently gainfully employed
and have a minimum annual household income of $45,000. If
retired, you must have the stated income and be creditworthy.

You must attend a sales
presentation lasting 120 minutes on the benefits of acquiring
vacation ownership at Shawnee, a four-season resort in the Pocono
Mountains. If married, both husband and wife must attend
the presentation. If single, all adults who check-in must
attend the presentation.

While here, you will be offered a
first visit promotion that is only valid the day of your
presentation.

This special offer is not
available to students, Shawnee Owners, Shawnee employees and
persons who have toured Shawnee in the past 24 months.

This promotion is not available
for groups. A group is considered two or more families
traveling together or meeting at the resort during the same period
of time.

For proper identification, we require
that you have at least two of the following: driver’s
license, major credit card or checkbook.

If you are staying overnight,
you will be required to leave a Timeshare Tour security deposit.
You may leave the deposit in one of two forms; a signed imprint
from a major credit card or a personal check. The security
deposit will be returned upon the completion of your
presentation. If you do not meet the details of participation
or fail to attend your tour, you will be charged the full price
for the promotional package. The regular rate for
accommodations ranges from $325 to $725, depending on season.

If you are visiting just for the
day and you do not meet the details of participation you are
not eligible to receive the tour gift(s) specified in the
special offer.

Accommodations, if applicable, are designed for two
adults and up to two children under age 16, sharing the
accommodation with their parents.
Food and beverages, materials or other
services are not included with this offer and may be purchased with
cash or a major credit card. Confirmed reservations are required
with payment in full prior to arrival. Please call at least 7
days prior to your arrival date if you must reschedule your
arrival/tour date. Based on the response to this special offer
and space availability, we reserve the right to accommodate you at
Shawnee Resort or other select area hotels. Please bring your
complete confirmation package with you at the time you visit Shawnee
Resort. All reservations are made on a first-come, first-served,
space available basis.
