If you meet the details
of participation for the promotional offer, you receive
discounted accommodations for two adults and two children in a fully equipped villa and
sometimes amenity tickets or other valuable premiums are included. The villa
provides you with an enjoyable and inexpensive vacation experience at the resort. In
exchange, we ask for two hours of your time to share with you how vacation ownership works
and to see if you are interested in becoming an owner. There is no obligation to
purchase. You receive a great value and a much-needed getaway and we receive the
opportunity to share with you the benefits and our enthusiasm about vacation ownership. You can also visit for no cost for
the day only, without staying overnight in a villa, for a
great complimentary gift.
Where will I stay during my promotional visit?
If you choose one of our overnight
promotions, you will normally stay in a fully furnished and equipped villa in any one of
several villages on our property, however, based on availability, and especially in busy
seasons when accommodations are limited, you may stay at a nearby hotel. On
property villa accommodations are based on availability.
How much does vacation ownership with Shawnee cost?
Currently, the prices of weeks at Shawnee
Village range from $10,200 to $18,700. Prices are subject to change and affordable
financing is available to qualified buyers. If you vacation regularly, the fixed
cost of a deeded Shawnee interval of vacation ownership is less expensive than normal
hotel vacations over time. Plus, ownership through any promotional
offer includes various amenity-based benefits that add even more value to Shawnee
interval ownership.
