To be eligible for this offer you must best least 21 years of
age and gainfully employed. If married, you must use this vacation
together. U.S. residents only.

This vacation offer provides accommodations for two (2) adults.
Up to two children under the age of 18 may stay in their parents' room
for a $5.00 per night per child charge.
3.
When submitting your reservation request, a $50.00 refundable
room deposit will be required. Your Reservation Validation Form along
with your $50 room deposit and applicable child fees must accompany your
completed planning form. Once your deposit and completed planning form
are received at Mini Vacations, Inc., your request will be processed. A
minimum of 45 days is required for processing. When requesting your
reservation, you must choose first, second and third different resort
locations and your arrival date (this is required to process your
reservation due to changing availability).

When your reservations are confirmed, Mini Vacations, Inc. will
prepare and mail a written confirmation, with directions and check-in
times. Please note that while advance notice is recommended,
correspondence is not issued until 30 to 35 days prior to your arrival
date.

Your written confirmation and two
forms of identification (drivers license, for verification of age, and a
major credit card,
no debit cards) must be presented at the resort area when checking
in.

This offer does not include food, transportation, taxes, tips,
telephone calls or items of a personal nature. Sorry, no pets. Service
fees for certain amenities may apply
7.
All room accommodations are subject to the availability of Mini
Vacations, Inc. room allotments. During peak seasons, conventions,
holidays, or when Mini Vacations' room allotment is full, Mini
Vacations, Inc. reserves the right to substitute a different premier
resort destination. Three different destinations must be selected, and
if your first choice is not available, your second or third choice will
be processed. All accommodations are in a hotel or motel in the
resort area. Check-in day varies depending on location.
8.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel or reschedule a confirmed
reservation, there is a $25.00 fee. If you cancel a confirmed
reservation, Mini Vacations, Inc. requires a fourteen (14) day written
cancellation notice prior to your arrival date in order to provide a
full refund. Cancellation notice must be sent via
U.S. Certified mail to:

do not show up for a confirmed reservation or cancel 72 hours prior to
check-in, you will forfeit your $50.00 deposit. To reschedule, call our
Customer Service Department at (813) 621-1777 from 9-5pm EST.

After completing travel, request a refund of your deposit by
mailing copies of your reservation letter and hotel check-out statement
to: Mini Vacations, Inc., 410 Ware Blvd., 9th Floor, Tampa, FL 33619.
Please include with your refund request a self- addressed envelope,
which will assist us in returning your deposit to the appropriate
address.
10.
This vacation offer is not valid where prohibited by law. All
federal, state, or local laws apply. Mini Vacations, Inc. assumes no
responsibility for any verbal or written representations made in
conjunction with this offer by any distributor and/or their agents other
than those included in this offer.
11.
While on vacation, you will be offered exciting vacation
opportunities in the resort area by the Host Resort in the hopes that
you will vacation with the Host Resort in the future.
12.
Two or more vacation certificates may not be used concurrently or
within the same year. This offer cannot he used in conjunction with any
other offer or discount (Mini Vacations or any other company).
13.
This offer is not valid for groups. A group is considered two (2)
or more families traveling together or meeting at the same resort with
the same arrival date, using the Mini Vacations, Inc. certificate,
regardless of where the certificate was obtained (no exceptions). This
certificate is used for the purpose of promoting availability of
transient rentals.
14.
This certificate may
he transferred to a third party (prior to booking) as a gift offer only,
providing the terms and conditions are met by the person using the
vacation. This certificate cannot be sold or exchanged for cash, and no
refunds will be issued for any unused portion of this vacation. The
retail value of this offer varies depending upon the time of year and
hotel. THIS OFFER IS NOT FOR RETAIL SALE.
15.
You must select a resort destination that is located at least 1OO
miles away from your residence.
This certificate
may be renewed after its expiration date for a $25.00 renewal fee. Send
